Tatiana is a Deputy Head of Legal at the Asian International Arbitration Centre (‘AIAC’) where she advises and assists in a wide variety of institutional projects, such as administration of international and domestic disputes, legislative initiatives, development and implementation of ADR policies, revision of institutional rules and procedures, cross-institutional cooperation, etc. Ms. Polevshchikova also works on two key initiatives aimed at building an international community of young dispute resolution lawyers and students interested in the Asia-related knowledge and experience: she is a Co-Chair of the AIAC’s Young Practitioners Group and co-organiser of the AIAC-ICC Pre-Moot for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Kuala Lumpur. Before joining the AIAC, Tatiana practiced law in Russia for three years and obtained an LL.M. in Negotiations and Dispute Resolution in Washington University in St. Louis (Fulbright Scholar).
